Making friends

Last week I spent an afternoon with Dany, a rubber stamper and scrapper whom I met through Two Peas . She commented on one of my layouts in the gallery, and then realised that we lived in the same city! So she sent me an e-mail, and after communicating back and forth for about a week, we met last Thursday. Of course we went to a scrap store! A fairly decent, albeit expensive store called Autour du Cadre, which isn't too far from my house. And of course being scrappers we had to take photos. We plan to meet up again this week, and spend the afternoon scramping. It's great to meet someone who shares your passion and doesn't think you're a crazy woman for oohing and aahing over Distress Inks!

My first thought too - was yeah!!! good for you, it is so great to have scrapping friends and stamping friends who do understand the need for paper and ink.

Cool! I love making scrapbooking friends. Your LSS looks pretty nice. Are there a lot of scrapper in France?
