Cross it off

Up really early today. Before sunrise even! I wonder if the SBD is having this effect? Maybe I'm less sluggish because I cut out all those carbs? If so it's motivation enough to continue the diet, even though it's really hard the first 2 weeks. Thank goodness that Lucas is such a wonderful cook, if you had to do this diet with anyone he's your choice! I have to say I don't miss the carbs as much as I miss fruit! I am dying to bite into an apple or munch on some grapes. Just one week to go before we can reintroduce some.

I have an ambitious to-do list today since I'm up so early. I want to finish a layout that I started last night, and also one that I started about a week ago that I got stuck on. Plus I have a swap to finish and another one to sort and package (I'm almost done with these suckers, I am so not getting into the swap hole again this year). And I've been toying with a couple altered projects in my head, want to take a stab at those as well.

Plus finish doing laundy, and clean some more of the kitchen. I'm trying to slowly become a semi FlyLady, I don't think I will ever be totally into it, (I signed up once, but all the e-mails drove me batty, plus with the time difference they didn't make much sense), but I agree with some of her suggestions. And finally I need to send some resumes out. It's been fun being home the last few months but I really need to become a contributing member of society again (so I can support my scrap habit lol)

I wonder if I'll make it through the day without having to take a nap?
